Earth Observation Training
All of G-STEP’s training programmes are free of charge; we offer a wide range of courses from introductory level overview sessions to advanced training in specific software – both Free Open Source Software (FOSS) and licensed packages. The practical elements in all courses have been designed and written by experts in image processing and GIS. Take a look at the available training modules.
Existing modules can be taken separately or combined into tailored one, two or three day workshops depending on your individual requirements as a business. If you have very specific requirements contact us to discuss bespoke training options.
For small groups, training takes place at our Leicester offices. G-STEP’s training suite provides delegates with individual work-stations fully equipped for Earth Observation training and development. For larger groups, training will take place using the facilities at the National Space Centre with an opportunity to view the galleries and Space Theatre.
Courses include a comprehensive delegate pack with a training workbook that acts as a detailed reference guide once the course is completed, plus refreshments and one month’s follow up support.
